Position Overview:

As Solution Architect, you’ll work as a senior member of our team and play a key role in building and developing our Salesforce Practice. This role requires confidence, self-discipline, and drive. A Solution Architect will design solutions, conduct training, manage timelines, budget and deliverables to ensure successful client delivery. When not actively involved with client activities, the Solution Architect will assist with pre-sales activities, facilitate internal training, and team development.

• Rapidly identify client business needs and create strategies to address them

• Direct self and other internal resources to achieve successful business outcomes

• Prioritize multiple clients and projects

• Ensure quality of team delivery

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

• React quickly and flexibly to changing work conditions

• Be committed to delivering exceptional client experiences

• Design and deliver end-user training for clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Multiple Salesforce Certifications and 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce ecosystem

  • Required Certifications:

    • Salesforce Admin Certification

    • Platform App Builder Certification

    • Platform Developer I

    • Sales Cloud Consultant Certification

    • Service Cloud Consultant Certification

    • Salesforce Data Architect Certification

    • Salesforce Integration Architect Certification

  • Additional Preferred Certification(s)

    • Additional Salesforce Architect Certifications

    • Non-Profit Cloud Consultant

• 4+ years’ experience in professional business consulting environments or leading internal Salesforce teams at a Salesforce Customer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

• Available for up to 10% travel (We are currently not traveling due to COVID-19)

  

New Business Referral Bonus:

A New Business Referral Bonus will be paid on revenue associated with any new client sourced through the Solutions Architect. New Business Referral Bonus is eligible on all revenue booked with a new client within the first 12 months of the client's first engagement.
